The document management module allows you to upload word documents, excel spreadsheets, PDFs and more. Some of the features include:
- Easily share important documents with all your visitors or choose to share only with approved members of your organization
- Simply point-and-click interface for adding documents and managing security. No special software needed.
- Great for bypassing e-mail limitations such as file size limits
- Restrict document access to certain groups (i.e. active members, board members, finance department, public, etc)
- Add multiple document modules to arrange different documents (i.e. newsletters, meeting minutes, important forms, etc.)
- Hit counter shows how many times a specific document has been downloaded
- Audit trail shows who has downloaded a particular document and when
- Supports many common file types including ZIP files
